What is Non Stick?
All non-stick coatings contain PTFE, which is an abbreviation for a very slippery material called polytetrafluoroethylene. Its slippery characteristics are the reason why food does not stick to non-stick pans.

Which cookers can I use my pans on?
Our products can be used on Ceramic, Gas and Electric Hobs. Die Cast products are ideally suited for Solid Fuel Ranges.~

Are the lids oven proof?
Yes, the lids can be used safely in an oven up to an oven-safe temperature to 260°centigrade.

How is the size determined?
The size quoted is the diameter taken from the highest point of the pan.
What tools should I use on my pan?
We recommend that only plastic or wood utensils should be used to avoid damaging the coating.
What happens if I am not happy with my purchase?

Can I put the pan in the oven?
Yes, our unique Die Cast Range has a detachable handle which must be removed before the pan can be safely transferred to an oven. Not forgetting to take into account the pan may be hot.
Can I put my pan in the dishwasher?
Yes, again the handle has to be removed, but the pan is dishwasher proof. Ideally the pan should be washed by hand as the powerful detergents used in dishwashers can discolor the coating.
Can I buy replacement parts for my pans?
Yes, we carry stocks of lids knobs and handles which you can purchase separately.
Is there a recommended temperature for cooking?
Our Die Cast range can be heated in an oven up to 260°centigrade. Becuase of the excellent heat transfer of aluminium we recommend the lowest setting.
What’s the best way to clean my pan?
Simply wash with hot, soapy water after each use. A sponge or dishcloth is usually all it takes to get the surface thoroughly clean.
