Die Cast - Instructions For Use
- Before use remove handle and wash pans in warm soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly.
-
Condition the non-stick surface with a small amount of cooking oil, remove excess with a paper towel. Repeat occasionally to reseason the pan.
-
Always pre-heat the cookware before adding food, but never leave the pan empty at high heat for long periods.
-
Try to match the pan size to the equivalent hob size. Die Cast pans cook so evenly that you can reduce your cooking temperature by at least 25%.
-
When using gas do not allow the flame to lick up the side of the pan.
-
Always use nylon, plastic or wood utensils, do not use metal knives, forks or mashers.
-
The non-stick coating is very tough and durable, do not use sharp implements or abrasive scouring pads.
-
For minimal oil and fat use, simply oil the pan like you would a baking tray for super results.
-
The handle of your Die Cast pan can be easily removed by turning the knurled nut at the end of the handle anti clockwise. To tighten the end of the handle onto the pan turn clockwise. The hanging ring on the end of the handle rotates 360° for easy storage and does not form part of the handle removal system.
-
Handle removal/replacement is as easy as 1-2-3, 3-2-1!

- Use your Die Cast cookware in the oven upto 260°C. To remove the pan from the oven simply hook on the handle and tighten. You can always use your pans as oven to tableware.
- Always allow the pans to cool before washing, do not place in cold water. Hand wash using warm soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge, remove all food and grease and then rinse and dry thoroughly. This simple procedure will prevent the build up of carbon.
- You can stack your pans, but please use kitchen towel to protect the non-stick coating.
